Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

Since I worked last night I didn't eat my first meal until around noon.
12 p.m. Bananas and Cream Instant Oatmeal
3 p.m. Oats and Honey Granola Bar
6 p.m. Small Grilled Chicken Breast, 1 slice of Cheese and 1 piece of Texas Toast
9 p.m. Raisin Toast
12 a.m. Apple and Cheese Stick
The next few days should be fairly normal so you'll get a better idea of what I'm eating. Saturday is my cheat day and so far I've still got my king size Zero bar to look forward to!
